  • Health information you share to assess trial eligibility.
  • Technical data (device, IP, anonymized analytics) to operate the service.

2. How we use it

  • Match you to relevant clinical trials and contact you about them.
  • Coordinate screening, consent, and enrollment with sites and sponsors you authorize.
  • Improve the service and meet legal, audit, and safety obligations.

3. Sharing

We never sell your information. We share PHI only with sponsors, sites, and subcontractors bound by a Business Associate Agreement, or when required by law.

4. Your rights

  • Access, correct, or delete your data at any time.
  • Opt out of marketing communications without affecting trial follow-up.
  • Request an accounting of disclosures of your PHI.

5. Security

Encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+), least-privilege access, audit logging, MFA for operators, and regular vulnerability scans. See our Security page for details.
