ClinXtra connects patients with clinical trials and helps sponsors and sites run enrollment workflows. We are not a medical provider and do not provide medical advice. Always consult your physician.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 (or have a parent/legal guardian act on your behalf) and provide accurate information.
3. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
- No scraping, reverse engineering, or interfering with the service.
- No impersonation or misrepresenting your eligibility.
4. Tenant accounts
Sponsors and sites are responsible for the security of their workspaces, the accuracy of their offers, and compliance with applicable regulations including HIPAA, TCPA, and FTC guidance.
5. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee enrollment, eligibility outcomes, or medical results.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClinXtra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your data.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
